My Business : Show Bar and Massage service for gays

Price: 3,000,000 baht for business ( and pay for rent 20,000 baht/month), 8,000,000 baht for business and building 2 units (3 floors).

Now in Chiangmai have 5 gay bars but only 3 bars have show. And now my bar come be second in Chiangmai (Our bar is to last opening). Every body know our bar twice Thai and Up-country customer.Our bar advertise in many web site. So, many up-country customer know our bar.

- price for drink :200 baht/drink , for take off staff :200-300 baht , for massage service 1,500 baht / 2 hours (for bar 500 baht and for massager 1,000 baht)
