My Business : Show Bar and Massage service for gays
Price: 3,000,000 baht for business ( and pay for rent 20,000 baht/month), 8,000,000 baht for business and building 2 units (3 floors).

- income MON - THU about 8,000 - 15,000 Baht. FRI - SUN about 15,000-25,000 Baht.

- have many staffs in bar 30-50 persons (working/day about 25-35 persons but for friday - sunday night may be 35-50 persons)
