Its simple really, Customer A buys from Seller A and wants to pay via paypal, but ebay's terms don't allow Paypal payments, but Customer A pays thru Epayex and Seller A recieves the payment.

What happens is that the customer pays Epayex via paypal to the Sellers Epayex account. Epayex gets a fee for every transaction - deposit or withdrawal and everyone gets what they want.
