Charming and well-loved kitchen-themed gift store nestled beside a small garden on the hidden gem that is Artisan Alley in historic downtown DeLand. This district is home to a weekly farmer's market, a very successful quarterly indie market, and many other events that regularly introduce new customers to our store. We are currently renting a cozy 250 sq ft space that we gutted and remade into an exceedingly lovely setting, but the business could easily be moved to the main boulevard of the downtown mainstreet which would greatly increase foot traffic and income. The business also could easily add an online store component either through our existing website or through our POS system, both of which have easy access and setup for this possibility. Our social media has successful interactions with our faithful customer base and has led to sales as far away as Canada. We are members of the Mainstreet DeLand Association that provides support, training, and facilitates most of the great downtown events that draw tens of thousands to our town from across Florida and beyond. DeLand is also well situated on I-4, leaving it around 30 minutes from Daytona and the Orlando area. There is also a push to bring the SunRail up to our town, which would bring even more traffic.
