Award-winning wellbeing brand based in UK and scalable in US. The brand offers natural, sustainable, vegan & cruelty-free remedies for stress & sleep, home detox and skin wellbeing issues. The brand is inspired from my family's aromatherapy recipes heritage. We revisit the health benefits of aromatherapy backed by science and offer a premium experience to beauty to encourage women to invest more in their wellbeing like they would do in beauty. The formulas are proprietary and the products are made in France out of our cosmetic Valley based lab. They comply with the EU Directive, the French regulation (one of the strictest in the world ), are FDA approved and have been thoroughly tested. The brand has been voted twice ''best beauty products'' by the Financial Times ad is a multiple award winner in the UK. It is currently mainly e-commerce based (Amazon, website etc..) but we also have a few physical retailers in the UK. The products have between 40-60% margin, ratio between cost and retail price is 5x.

The size of the business is currently small (< 500k) but it has a lot of goodwill aspect (registered trademark worldwide, email list, social media, automated supply chain & accounting systems, products in development in the pipeline, stock, long standing relationship with suppliers, packaging stock for next production, retention strategy system) and a lot of potential for revenue growth already on the back of the current initiatives implemented.

All the investments so far have been made to create the products, approve them , start distributing them, building the brand, the community. The brand is ready to scale for anyone who would invest exclusively in distribution or a strategic buyer who already has physical/online distribution platform in beauty or personal care and would like to extend easily their range.
