We are pleased to offer an asset sale of a very successful 10-year old sugaring salon in the San Fernando Valley. It is part of a global chain but the owner/operator plans to retire by next year and would like to sell the business as early as October 2022 to the right buyer.

All systems in place and the establishment has a huge following and a steady client base and seasoned technicians. The space is less then 600SF and has 3 cubicles. We used to operate 7 days a week but now operate longer hours and are closed Sundays and Mondays. We are one of the few salons that offer sugaring to both female and male clients in LA.
