This highly profitable Niche Manufacturing business will be located on over 200 acres on the Kentucky/Tennessee border in an area known for its timber related businesses.

We're building eighteen kilns that are modernized versions of the old ''Missouri'' style kilns. Our kilns will each have a 100 ton capacity and will be fired from a central burner system. Our architect designed kilns are projected to have an operating life of 30 years.

We have the contacts in the timber industry to obtain our raw product and in the charcoal business to sell our product. While grilling with hardwood charcoal is becoming more popular in the US our charcoal will be used by specialty metal manufacturers as renewable carbon resource. We have one such manufacturer that has expressed interest in purchasing all of the charcoal that our plant is able to produce.

We have one of the two primary permits required and have submitted the application for the other and expect to have that in hand shortly.

The business end of this isn't exciting or glamorous but the profits are. We are offering up to 50% ownership in the plant for $2,800,000 and are willing to do this in smaller increments with the right people.
