We are a growing appliance repair and recondition operation located in Sarasota FL.

We perform a balanced mix of house calls and in-shop repair along with reconditioning good pre-owned units for resale.

We have been successful at keeping our costs to a minimum which results in lower prices for our customers.

Most customers comments include the terms fair and reasonable.

Our current customer base would be able to support 2-3 owner/operators but can easily expand depending on the quality

of work and quality of product.

We buy from several vendors to keep a good supply of appliances for recondition/resale and for repair parts.

Most of the time, we have to limit the purchases from our vendors since we do not have enough manpower to keep up with

the supply of product coming in.

This would be an excellent opportunity for 1-3 people to start. I am willing to discuss training if required and provide the necessary

means to keep the business going until the new owner is up to speed.

We also have plenty of enclosed space behind the building to park an RV/Motorhome and can provide water and electric up to 50 Amp if one choses to stay on site.

We also have converted one of the offices into a bedroom/sleeping quarters. We have 2 bathrooms-one has a working shower.

We lease the building/property and the owners are usually flexible if we need to change the layout.

We have 4 roll up garage doors that allow for complete drive thru in either direction.

I will consider operate-to-own or lease-to-own if fair and reasonable terms can be reached. A legal and binding agreement will also be required

under these conditions.
