In 1963 when I first came up with the idea for this visual concept, my objective was to creat a medium that was enjoyable as well as functional.

Executive Summary
I was not able to afford the protectoin this concept needed so I was left by the wayside to watch as others recieve my returns,though I tried to get backing from any source possible, you might say this is an obssession.

I registerd a company in 2015 with the sole purpose of developing this product the way I would like it presented, and the reason is quite simple. While this product has been selling for over 40 years by dozens of firms,through thousands of outlets, not to mention online, it is still the same string of lights between two mirrors that I first created.

This product is used in home decor,in restaurants,clubs, lobbys,invending and gaming machines, in pools,and patios, automobiles, and ships, the versitility of this products worth can only be appreciated be those who realy understand product.

It is the objective of this company to stay small but to exploit the market of manufacurers who could benifit from having the liciensing rights for a numbe of years to this product. It is my opinion that once protected I can generate a minimum $3M within two years for these rights. In addition to this, it is my intention to start two other firms to share with my partner{s} where I require no further funds for a 40% share of each. I am asking$80,000 for this venture ,however I will be open to taking on 4 partners at $20,000 ea. THis venture will have a twofold purpose as I know in shedding light on the further potential of this product I will of course run accross those that think they could do better so i,m keeping this potential under wraps.
