Cody Sports and Pawn is for sale. We are nestle in the foothills of Yellowstone National Park east gate in the historical town of Cody WY. Our pawn shop is well established and caters to the unique and unusual. We are in down town highly desired location. We've been in business now for 4 1/2 years. Our clients are local and tourists alike. The motto is silver gold and guns. Total pledged pawn items are between 15,000 to 20,000 per month. Some being new pledges and some being picked up. We have a normal ebb and flow of inventory. Our inventory value is between $120,000-$190,000 in the summer months and less in the winter. Our program allows for written agreement consignments 15 to 20 percent and with that inventory it increases to over 200,000.
Financial: 2012 income was about $40,000 and pawn interest was at $12,000 and other income was about 29,000. 2013 income 43000 on interest was at 16,000 oather income was at 8000. 2014 income is at 65000 pawn interest is at 19000 and other income is that 8000.
