After that time you must have to renewal the rent and making a new agreement. We have agreement with the owner of the place until Oct 2016 that we give percentage 5% every month from the total incoming (exclude tax & service).

We sell the business running, all the high level of the customer and some
of the furniture,equipment kitchen and bar, name, trademark, menu, cuttileries, some of the painting and decoration and include with all the employee (we have 20 employee, 9 kitchen staff, 6 service, 2 bar, 1 administration, 1 specialist and manager) and if U need also we already have PT. PMA.
