I am looking to sell seven maintenance accounts. These accounts can be done in 6-8 hours a week. I have one commercial pool that is done on Tuesdays and Fridays and 6 residential pools that are done on Fridays. Two of the residential pools are done every two weeks all the others are done weekly. The accounts bring in $14,120 a year plus repairs. Two of the pools have D.E. Filters that are cleaned every six months for an additional fee of $85. One pool has a small cartridge filter that is hose off every week. Four of the pools have automatic cleaners and one is on a salt system. Average monthly chemical cost is $200 during the summer and less than half that during the winter months.

This is a great start-up route for someone looking to get into the swimming pool and spa industry or to add to an existing route. There is plenty of room to grow this route if you desire.

I will give you all the cleaning equipment, chemicals and one month training if needed. (Two weeks on the job and two weeks on a as needed basis) I will also provide a five year no compete agreement on the accounts sold. I also guarantee the transfer of all the accounts. If the customer decides not to go with your services once the route is transferred I will refund the money for the sale of that account.
