Since 2001, Our company has been a family-owned, local lawn care company that's committed to The Better Way to NJ green lawn care. We proudly serve Bergen County, Morris County and portions of Passaic County. Our team is dedicated to safe, superior organic and organic-based lawn care solutions.

In addition to it's lawn care service we also offer Tree & Shrub care, Organic insect control, Flea and Tic control, Deer Stopper, Core aeration and seeding, and lawn renovations.

We have Two vans and one pick up. All of them are fully wrapped and took first place at the javitts center in Manhatten for most professional looking vehicles. Basking Robbins took fourth place. In addition we own 3 push spreaders, a perma green ride on spreader, a john deere ride on spreader, two core aeration machines, 2 hand held blowers, one back pack blower, three hand held sprayers and some hand tools.

For the past 13 years we have built our web site to compete with the largest companies. Including a Facebook page and twitter. We have professional brochures and estimates forms already printed.

We currently have 200 accounts in good standing. The company generally generates approximately $230K to $275K a year in revenue and only requires 1 Full time employee and one part time employee for 35 weeks out of the year.
The owner has built this part time while working a Full time sales position since day one.

I'm looking for some one to purchase 80% to 90% of the business. We need an owner that is involved and not just an investor. Recently the company I work for made me a partner and I'm afraid I can no longer allocate the 5 to 10 hours a week it requires to watch over it. If a new owner was willing to work it FT, They would not require a FT employee and surely build it faster. I'm fortunate enough to have a lucrative position, but it has slowed our growth.
