Assessment, training and HR consulting : it offers auditing services focused on employees performance and rolls out the associated trainings afterwards (10% of its revenues)

Linguistic: it offers B2B language training and interpretation and translation services in 20 languages (16% of its turnover).

Social Economy: it practices Fair Outsourcing by integrating vulnerable populations in specially-designed tasks (archiving, handcraft). This activity accounts for 9% of its turnover.

European projects: it is the specialist in Romania of the implementation of EU-initiated projects dedicated to the integration of disadvantaged and disabled people. The subsidies granted by the EU for these projects represent 46% of its revenues.

After a solid growth, it succeeded building a strong brand identity and an excellent reputation on a market with sound perspectives, as the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility is bound to grow.

Located in Bucharest where it employs 30 people at its headquarters, it can deploy its expertise in the main cities of the country thanks to a network of 50 HR consultants and 100 translators.
