This is an extremely well established service route in an up-scale area consisting of over just over 70 residential pools. The owner has grown and operated it himself for 12 years and is now looking to retire. Included is the sale are all his current supplies and equipment. The owner normally does all repairs and installations on Mondays and services the route on Tuesdays through Fridays. He is willing to train a new owner. The owner is currently billing from a pool program on the 1st of every month for the prior months work. All customers are consistently on-time pays, with very few exceptions of no more than 1 month on rare occasion. This is a highly desirable route due to it�s location.
