I prefer to work in the south, but I will set you up anywhere in the US or world if you pay my additional expenses, typically for 2-4 months. I have 30 years experience in setting up and running Italian Restaurants and Pizzerias, all of them successful. I only set up one at a time.

How much you choose to invest in your store is up to you. I will save you 30% or more regardless of the amount of seats you want to serve or square footage of your location. My set-up fee begins at $20,000 for a small 30 seat place and goes up depending on what you want inside. I have my own carpenters, plumbers, etc., and many connections in the industry. When it is done all you'll have to do is run it and keep up your paperwork. Mom-and pop or 150 seat pizza bar, how much you wish to spend is up to you and varies according to quality of equipment, decor, etc, that you require.

I only do one at a time, plus run one of these for my day-to-day income, email or call and I can let you know my current timetable.

Answering some questions: Expect to pay 60,000 -80,000 total (including my fee) for a small place, and on up according to your needs.

Compare to franchise opportunities in the pizza business and you will quickly realize doing it yourself, with my help and no long-term ties or franchise fees, is the better way to go.
