We work on projects throughout the province. Crews are presently working out of town on all projects. Business includes various lifts, trailers, trucks, equipment and material. Some of the equipment still have payments due on them for 1-2 years. We can buy out the vehicles and add the cost on to the selling price of the company. The new owner could take over the payment terms from the finance companies. Presently the outstanding payments are for a lift, 2 trailers and 3 trucks. The outstanding money due is roughly $150,000. Trucks and trailers are between 1 to 4 years old. The lift is a boom lift it is 9 years old. The owner does not take an income from the business. The business pays for all the day to day expenses of the owner. This business can be relocated to anywhere as we quote projects throughout various provinces and our crews travel for every job.

The current owners are looking to retire from the business and move out of province because of a current family situation. The current owner could stay on to train the new owner at an additional cost to the new owner. The new owner would take on 2 new projects. One of the projects is in the range of $300,000 to $600,000 starting construction in December 2011. The second project is estimated to start in July of 2012 in the range of $200,000 to $400,000. Both projects are in the central Alberta region.

The business is run from the owners home with a large shop at the rear of the property. The property is not owned by the business. The new owner could purchase the property for an additional $500,000. Some vendor financing can be offered or the present owner could stay as a part owner for the first year till the new owner can pay for the business in full.
