We suggest investors to participate in the project ''hotel on the water'' - the construction of a unique hotel complex on the basis of shell landing stage - a lay vessel. The concept involves the creation of a modern complex of hotel and restaurant complex category of not less than ''4 stars'' with supply infrastructure, leisure and business travel.

Assumes the existence of the office segment in the complex with a conference room and necessary service for conferences, seminars, meetings, etc., which will use a set (floating hotel) for business travel (which is especially important in the so-called low season).

The total area of the interior - 2613 sq.m.
The total area of outdoor terraces - 642 sq.m.
The main deck, krenolin - 273 sq.m.
The area of the hold space - 765 square meters, the main height of 2750 mm;
area of the premises tier 1 - 589 square meters, the main height 2900 mm;
floor area of the 2nd stage - 654 square meters, the main height of 2900 mm;
floor space third tier - 605 square meters, the main height of 2900 mm.
The height of water when fully loaded - 14.2 m

The vessel was built in 1967 in Bulgaria, in excellent condition. Registered in the State Register of Ships under the register number 1-050165.

The reconstruction project carried out by a specialized company Gemond Boat, which so far is the general contractor for the repair and construction works.

At the moment on the landing stage completed all the boiler-welding (hull and connected with metal), held facade work done glazing. Installed and mounted the overall conditioning and ventilation system. The project involves completion, according to which more will be held thermal insulation, installation of interior partitions, construction of floors and finishing with an electrical part.
