The villa is situated 100 km from rio de janeiro, in saquarema (lake district), a booming seaside tourist resort of about 70.000 inhabitants. Saquarema is set by the sea but at the same time borders on four big saltwater lagoons surrounded by tropical mountains. It is a lovely town blessed with endless white sandy beaches.

The residence lies in the fishing village of boqueirao, an important part of saquarema. The villa is about 600 meters from the sea, and about 200 meters from the lagoon. You can find all facilities around: restaurants, supermarkets, bakery etc.
