This lovely 2.7 acre estate is located within a World Heritage Site and is adjacent to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, the second largest tourist destination in the state. There are over 2 million visitors a year to this area. Both the interior and exterior of the building, a part of the 1908 Hopper Estate, have been beautifully restored with a critical eye toward its place in history.

The farmhouse-turned-gallery was constructed from California Redwood brought to Volcano by ship, rail and horse-drawn wagon.
