Due to optimization of expenses mother company opens office in India and closes several other offices. Team is specialized on Layer 7 networking. Skills: experts in C/C++; networking; development of systems on Windows, Linux, embedded and proprietary OS; multithreading; Q&A (including automation); debugging (GDB, low level, proprietary debugger). Will consider investor from any field (networking is preferred). Team consists of 35 persons: 20 programmers (including 4 managers, with good programming skills).
9 QA (including 2 managers, with good testing skills). 2 persons specialized in documenting and training. 1 site manager, 1 network admin, 1 accountant, 1 office assistant. Majority of team is highly educated, once top of the class students. Cost of this office is approx. twice lower than similar office in US or western/northern Europe. Team will be available starting approx. May 1, 2010.
