We are now planning to expand our business with a slight adjustment in the concept for our future outlets. This is to differentiate our restaurants from the rest of the competition.

Subsequent to this outlet, we plan to open another 5 to 10 outlets swiftly. This action plan is targeted at creating a strong footing and to prevent copycat competition, which is very common in Malaysia. The investment for this whole project is estimated at RM2,500,000. Annual Return on Investment (AROI) is estimated at 35%.

In order to help us realise our plan, we are seeking a suitable Joint Venture(JV) partner. By being a JV partner, you will obtain a sizeable share holding in the newco and also share in the Franchise business of this new concept, both locally and overseas.
