    Non-Lethal Vehicle Arrestor System

    I have a patient pending design for a non lethal method of arresting a vehicle attempting to gain access into a facility or military base. The method causes very little damage to the car, this unit provides gate automation, under car surveillance, and electronic access control for vehicle gate security. Last year the USG placed RFQ's out for $49M for this type of device and did not achieve the devices they were looking for. The prototype is 80% complete.
