Costa Rican Tourist Business

I have a great lot minutes to beaches, waterfalls, rainforrests and wild life that's unbelivable. I want to build a house where a family or small group staying would have the use of ATV's, mountain bikes, surf boards, mask and fins, in fact everything needed for a fun filled family vacation. I am a mason by trade with skills in drafting and general construction so plan to do a lot of the work I need capital.
