America's Best Salads™
A Fanatic'ly Fresh Take on Franchising…
Saladworks Story
A fusion of "fanatic'ly fresh" and healthy menu items along with passionate customer service define the experience every guest has at a Saladworks location.
Saladworks evolved from a simple idea, to a successful regional chain, to a national franchise with locations from coast-to-coast. Chairman and CEO John Scardapane's vision has led the franchise from one store in a small shopping mall to the nation's largest fresh-tossed salad concept that grossed over $64 million of system-wide sales in 2008.
Creating "America's Best Salads"
Every Saladworks location offers all "fans" the opportunity to create their own fresh salad, which is then expertly prepared in front of them by a Saladworks team member. In addition, customers can also choose from one of Saladworks 12 fresh Signature Salads including the popular "Turkey Club" and "Bently."
All of Saladworks offerings are chopped fresh daily in every location across the country ensuring the highest quality salads served at peak freshness. The chain also offers a variety of proprietary dressings and soups as well as Focaccia Fusion sandwiches.
Be Part of Saladworks Fanatical Growth
Building on our enormous success, Saladworks is undergoing a massive growth spurt. With the addition of Commerce Bank founder Vernon W. Hill, II to the executive team, Saladworks has entered a "turbo charged" growth phase and is now coast to coast serving fanatic'ly fresh products across the country
The nationwide growth is underway as Saladworks recently announced a nine-store deal to develop Southern California in addition to the 10 stores planned for metro Atlanta and three in the Boston area.
Saladworks' unique business model takes advantage of American's desire to lead healthy lifestyles by eating wholesome and nutritious meals. The chain was voted the number one salad franchise in the nation by Entrepreneur Magazine for 2009.

"What drew my investment group to sign a multi-unit deal with Saladworks was the scalability of the concept. Consumers want healthy food in a fast casual atmosphere. We looked at a number of franchises, but none offered the combination of a great product and the commitment to creating a fanatical service experience like Saladworks. So we decided to open ten locations over the next five years in the metro Atlanta area. "
