Business Description:
At the end of last year, I invested in the Cartridge Mart. The business model is simple - The Cartridge Mart™ Displays are placed in local stores selling to local people for 60% less than retailers such as Office Max, Office Depot and Staples. The displays are Located in Office Supply stores, Computer Stores, Drug Stores, Grocery Stores, etc. I however, have had absolutely no time to devote to this. I actually still have the displays and the ink cartridges in boxes in my office. My business has been doing very well lately and has kept me too busy to do anything else. I figured I would just find someone else who was willing to run with this. In talking to the folks at the Cartridge Mart as well as other distributors around the country, I am convinced it is a good business. I talked to a girl in the Midwest who has 18 stores and is pulling down about $200K /year with this. I put up $10,000 for all of the displays and product for 4 stores. I am just looking for someone who can put up 5K and then I would finance the remaining 5K- but this is negotiable. (However, you would get all of the $10,000 back in the form of discounts). Plus, going forward, it would only cost $1250 to open additional stores. This makes it easy to expand and get your revenue stream up quickly. Feel free to give me a call if you think you might be interested. Like I said, I have all of the displays and product still sitting in boxes in my office just going to waste.
