I would like to sell my half of my Airbnb partnership in Miami, FL. We do not own the property we are leasing the property however the owner is willing to extend our lease 36 more months which we will do prior to selling. We currently have a lease until February. I had to select that the property was open in 2020 but it was opened in 2022. The property is a 3 bed 1 bath duplex. The property is very close to Miami's Design District and could realize greater profits with an experienced host. I have started to open units in my own city which is why I am choosing to sell.
Our profits have been $600-$3,000 a month after all expenses.

My partner may be willing to sell his half as well, meaning you would get the entire listing if the price is $50,000. We are hosting the downstairs unit and may be willing to sell both for $100,000.
