Meet Kyle, a stay-at-home dad, homerepeneur, and owner of a successful KozyHome dealership. Kyle proved that within a month of posting brand new, brand-name furniture and mattresses for sale on Facebook and Craigslist, he could both pay the rent for a million-dollar home and provide a pleasant living for his family of seven. To make more money, Kyle staged the home with KozyHome's factory-priced, celebrity-branded furniture to flip it for a $100,000 net profit.
Next, Kyle conducted ''Staging Sale'' or ''Garage Sale'' events every other weekend and sold new mattresses and furniture right from the very million-dollar home he plans to sell. For fun, he throws monthly soirees for his friends, family, and colleagues who almost always ask him about his fine furnishings on display.
With a little creativity, Kyle opened up the first Furniture Co-Op in his area and advertised it on Facebook Marketplace. This allowed his customers to save even more money by going in together on larger home furnishing orders (think Food Co-Ops). Every month, customers ordered from Kyle's online catalog or mobile app and he had it white-glove delivered to their home. Kyle is now a hero in their eyes.
Meanwhile, Amber, a stay-at-home mom and someone Kyle recruited as one of his many independent furniture brokers, began posting on Facebook comfortable mattresses for sale in Kyle's area. Several people responded to Amber's ads, so she arranged for them to visit Kyle's house by appointment (Kyle keeps extra mattresses in his garage for display). Kyle sold two name-brand queen beds for $600 each and two kings for $900 each, then paid Amber a 10% commission. Amber lives 5 states away.
Finally, Kyle began posting ads on ''business for sale'' websites in multiple cities advertising KozyHome dealerships for sale. In just one month, Kyle earned $14,000 in commissions by referring KozyHome leads back to the parent company, iDealFurniture.
